These Terms of Use govern your access to this website, YAMS, and services offered by Whit Dubo. By using the website, purchasing a service, or joining YAMS, you agree to these terms and any terms displayed at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the website or services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

YAMS may offer Standard, Premium, VIP, or other membership options. Your access, included resources, community features, pricing, billing period, and any tier-specific benefits are the ones shown on the YAMS or Skool purchase page when you enroll. Those purchase details form part of these terms.

Benefits may differ by tier and may change as the community evolves. A higher tier does not create unlimited access to Whit, unlimited consulting, guaranteed response times, or done-for-you work unless that benefit is expressly stated in your purchase details.

Upgrades, downgrades, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the terms shown by Skool or the applicable payment platform. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not normally create a refund for time already billed, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Membership is personal to you. You may not share login credentials, copy the library for others, resell access, or distribute members-only materials outside YAMS without written permission.

Participate respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass others, post discriminatory or deceptive content, send unsolicited promotions, upload malicious code, scrape member information, impersonate another person, or share another member’s confidential information.

You remain responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of your original content, while granting Whit Dubo a limited license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate and moderate YAMS. You should not post confidential client, employer, health, financial, or other sensitive information.

Access may be limited or ended for conduct that threatens members, the community, intellectual property, platform security, or these terms. Where appropriate, reasonable notice will be provided; serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal.

YAMS content, workshops, templates, examples, and website materials are educational and informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply them.

Examples and past results are not promises of future performance. Business, advertising, marketplace, search, and AI outcomes depend on factors outside Whit Dubo’s control, including your execution, audience, budget, platform changes, and market conditions.

A YAMS membership does not create a consulting relationship. Consulting, strategy, application builds, intensives, and other paid services require a separate written scope or accepted proposal. That agreement controls deliverables, timeline, reviews, payment, ownership, and change requests for that engagement.

Unless a written service agreement says otherwise, work is outcome-focused and scope-limited. It does not include unlimited messaging, unlimited revisions, constant availability, guaranteed platform approval, guaranteed revenue, or work outside the agreed scope. Additional requests may require a revised scope, timeline, and fee approved in writing.

Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing information.

YAMS, payment processing, video, scheduling, and other features may be provided through third-party platforms such as Skool. Their separate terms and privacy practices also apply. Whit Dubo is not responsible for a third party’s outage, account decision, security event, or change in features, but will make reasonable efforts to address issues within her control.

Information you provide through enquiries, YAMS applications, account interactions, or service communications may be used to respond to you, assess fit, deliver and improve services, manage membership access, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

This may include your name, email, company or business details, goals, messages, selected service, timeline, application status, referral source, and information you choose to submit. Basic technical and usage information may also be processed to operate, secure, and understand the website and services.

Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment platform and are not collected through this website’s enquiry forms. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, community, communications, payments, or contracted work, or when legally required. It is not sold as personal data.

Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information, email hello@whitdubo.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, dispute, or accounting purposes.

The website, YAMS library, systems, frameworks, prompts, templates, recordings, branding, and original materials are owned by Whit Dubo or used with permission. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use included materials for your own work or business.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, train a commercial model on, create a competing resource from, or publicly distribute these materials without written permission. You retain ownership of materials you provide. Ownership of custom deliverables is determined by the separate written service agreement for that project.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website, YAMS, and services available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Content, schedules, features, and these terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the website, community, or the contact information associated with your account when appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, YAMS, and general materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that they will meet every requirement or produce a particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whit Dubo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform decisions, or business interruption arising from use of the website, YAMS, or general materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are effective September 14, 2026. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the affected website, membership, or service.
